If the application for a short-stay visa (visa C) is submitted in person, the visa is issued on the same day, and if it is submitted electronically, it is necessary to schedule an appointment at the competent diplomatic and consular mission of the Republic of Serbia to collect the visa.
After your visa application has been approved, you need to contact the diplomatic or consular mission of the Republic of Serbia through which you submitted your application, in order to arrange the method of delivering your travel document for the purpose of affixing the visa sticker. In certain cases, your personal presence is required.
